Can't say enough about Dr. Laggan and the exceptional team at Northwest Florida Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (at the Henderson bldg. Baptist Hospital). They take amazing care of you, from the front-of-the-house throughout the process. Their equipment and facilities are futuristic, and they take the time to listen to you and explain procedures and techniques thoroughly. I certainly don't wish oral surgery on anyone, but if you must have work done, Pensacola residents (and surrounds) are extremely lucky to have such a top-notch elite doctor in the area.

I cannot say enough about this Dr. And his staff. Everything was explained scheduled quickly and completed. If I ever need and oral surgeon I definitely wouldn't think twice. Beside manner amazing, facility amazing, staff amazing. Wish I could give yall a 10 because yall have be nothing short of a blessing. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

If you're needing a tooth extracted, Dr. Brett Laggan is my recommendation. I have major anxiety when it comes to dentist but Dr. Laggan helps ease that anxiety. From my experience, his technic in pulling teeth is somewhat different than other dentists. You do not hear the popping and cracking of your teeth while it's being extracted. Nor do you feel the pressure associated with the extraction. And, I can say all of this with using only general anesthesia. I absolutely recommend Dr Laggan for all your extractions. Dr. Laggan and his staff are amazing! I absolutely dread going to the dentist and have a pretty legitimate phobia due to a past experience at another practice (no affiliation with Laggan). The nurses/techs were willing to put up with my craziness without making me feel like a burden and Dr. Laggan was very considerate as well. The entire staff is super friendly and compassionate. This is definitely the place to go!

I had a permanent screw for a molar that another surgeon placed 2 years prior. It broke due to the small size of the screw for the size of the tooth. Dr. Laggan was able to remove the old screw and place a larger one in its place in the same visit. He was very professional and the surgery went well. I am hopeful this permanent tooth will last the rest of my lifetime.
